Job Title: Clinical Nursing Professional - Pediatric Care

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nursing Professional to join our team at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. As a key member of our General Pediatrics Unit, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to families in need.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to hospital and departmental policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained.
  • Participate in orientation and training programs to enhance professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (desired).

Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. The position requires physical demands consistent with heavy work, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
