- Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the State of Pennsylvania
- National Certification in Pennsylvania or in another State with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support
