Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address customer banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal experience
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
