Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team as a Decorative Artist. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes and baked goods that exceed customer expectations.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have 6 months of experience in a fresh production area and must be 18 years of age or older. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs. You will also be responsible for operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment, as well as adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality cakes and baked goods that meet our members' expectations.
  • Plan and execute bakery productions, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and illness.
  • Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Benefits
As a Bakery Specialist with Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00, depending on location and experience. You will also receive additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications
