About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Senior Helpers. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients through conversation, shared activities, and other forms of engagement.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
