- Direct Patient Care: Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols to prevent errors and ensure patient safety.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current RN licensure, IV Therapy certification, ACLS, and BLS certification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting.
