Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We're seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a PICU Nurse, you'll provide critical care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and take corrective action when necessary.
- Follow cardiac and respiratory monitor readings and report any changes.
- Perform tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
- Adjust specialized equipment used on patients, such as ventilators.
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Requirements:
- BLS and PALS certifications
- 2 years of recent acute care experience
