Sales Compensation Strategy Manager

Job Title: Sales Compensation Strategy Manager
At Stericycle, we deliver innovative solutions that protect the environment, people, and public health. This role is responsible for designing, communicating, and reporting on sales compensation programs that support the organization's strategic objectives and meet all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft sales compensation plans, perform modeling, forecasts results, and monitors plans to ensure they drive desired behavior within the sales organization.
- Manage the reporting and analysis function for the sales compensation organization, refining and conducting reporting and analysis that measure plan effectiveness and sales representative performance.
- Build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence to enable the global sales organization to successfully execute on selling strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Define, refine, and automate systems, processes, and templates to understand the layers of business and market environments.
- Develop sales leadership dashboards, PPT presentations, and other materials to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner to all levels of the organization.
- Synthesize complex data into easily understood and compelling management reports and performance dashboards.
- Presents analysis and reporting to executive-level audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience, preferably in sales compensation.
- Strong business acumen with a comprehensive knowledge of motivational levers to improve sales compensation design.
- Administrator skills.
- Experience with BI reporting tools a plus.
- Advanced MS Office software skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
