Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mold Remediation Specialist to join our team at Mold N More Decontamination LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch remediation services to our clients.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with team members to complete assignments for the day.
  • Perform supervised remediation services in clients' residences, including HEPA vacuuming surfaces, non-structural demolition, and scrubbing surfaces.
  • Remediation services must be completed with detail orientation.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Assist in loading/unloading vehicles with materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Construction or similar background (a plus, but not necessary).
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
  • Working in confined workspaces that may require crawling, kneeling, crouching.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Carrying, climbing, pulling, sitting, stooping.
