Inventory Specialist: Logistics Coordinator

Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour (pay range based on factors such as education, experience, and location)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to join our Portland, OR team. In this role, you will use handheld computer scanners to support operations and work closely with external suppliers using VWS software. You will also be responsible for receiving, putting away, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize handheld computer scanner to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate Forklift safely and efficiently
- Communicate with external suppliers via VWS software
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise
Requirements:
- Experience working with inventory management systems and VWS software
- Forklift operation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sufficient Microsoft Office skills and data entry abilities
