Banquet Server

Job Summary:

The Banquet Server role at Invited involves providing exceptional banquet service to Members and Guests, showcasing a positive attitude and deep knowledge of the food and beverage menu. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure maximum Member/Guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver banquet service following company standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in banquet/event menu, a la carte menu, and daily features, including wine, beer, and liquor options.
• Ensure proper room set-up, cleaning, and organization to maintain a high level of service quality.
• Provide professional interaction with Members/Guests to accommodate requests and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a banquet or fine dining setting.
• Hold Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by law.
• Completed F&B Service Training to ensure a high level of service quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Members/Guests and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
