Helicopter Pilot

Job Summary:

Med-Trans is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team of medical experts. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, working closely with our team to ensure seamless and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with medical experts to transport patients to and from medical facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to FAR and Med-Trans requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including MTC and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change information to successive pilots and teams, following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

Requirements:

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)

Preferred Qualifications:

• B407 Experience
