Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen patients for MR safety prior to procedures
  • Explain procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain equipment, examine machines for proper functioning, and sterilize the procedure room
  • Start IVs, administer contrast media as per orders and protocol
  • Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to procedures
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures
Requirements
  • One to three years' experience as an MRI Technologist preferred
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills
  • Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment, pushing, pulling, bending
