OBJECTIVE: The primary focus of this Attorney role is to deliver impartial legal counsel and representation to clients engaged in child support issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently drafting a variety of legal documents and performing comprehensive legal research
  • Preparing and presenting IV-D child support cases in court settings
  • Assessing agency child support policies and procedures for legal ramifications and offering expert advice

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio with relevant experience in child support or administrative hearings
  • Compliance with Supreme Court Number and Continuing Legal Education requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Expertise in office procedures, legal document creation, and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Knowledge of litigation strategies and court processes
