Responsibilities:

The Automotive Supply Chain Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts logistics process. Key responsibilities include:

* Daily walk-around inspections of parts vehicles to ensure they are properly maintained and prepared for the next day

* Verifying all parts with provided invoices at time of loading in vehicle and at each individual shop location

* Coordinating with dispatchers and parts counters when picking up parts from other dealers

* Utilizing software provided to check in and out at each stop during route

* Filling out 'will call & wholesale tickets' and staging parts in correct area per order

* Pick parts for all counter

* Deliver parts to technicians

* Stock all parts that come into facility once checked in

* Counting, cleaning and organization of all bin locations

* Maintain clean and organized warehouse and truck assigned

* Notify counter staff of all returns

* Assist in inspection and restocking of all returns

* Ensure all outbound parts go out each day

* Pickup parts from other local Toyota Dealers

* Process and restock all warranty and damaged claims in correct area

* Drop off of hot shot parts to local Wholesale customers

* Daily Review parts in SOP, Will Call and wholesale bins.

* Test parts, finding new location, relocation of part and printing of new label in new area

* Inspect all packages for any damage. Report damage at time of inspection

* Maintain clean and organized warranty parts area

* Maintain clean and organized claims and returns
