Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in orthopedic surgery
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Current RN licensure in Washington State or ability to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced certification in orthopedic nursing (COT) or willingness to obtain
- Minimum one year of experience in acute care setting, preferably in orthopedic surgery
