Job Summary:

Kinesso, a leading technology-driven performance marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our technical team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative, data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor software engineers to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software solutions to meet product requirements and quality standards.
  • Participate in software development tasks, contribute to code, architecture design, and provide technical expertise.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
  • Identify potential risks in software solutions and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in leadership role.
  • Proven experience in architecting, delivering, and operating large-scale, highly available systems.
  • Proficiency in application development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, Wiz, Snyk, Figma, and Datadog.
  • Strong understanding of API design and implementation, cloud platforms, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in working with remote teams and geographically distributed team management.
  • Experience in designing team org structure and managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI and data technologies to drive POCs related to AI solutions.

$160,000 - $175,000 USD
