Job Opportunity:

We are seeking enthusiastic and patient individuals to join our team as Swim Instructors at the MassHire Lowell Career Center. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and adults of various skill levels, Monday through Saturday, in our pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults, focusing on water safety and stroke development.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse students.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Age 15+
• Good communication skills
• Friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Ability to pay close attention to students while teaching
• Ability to lead children and adults in learning water skills
• Represent the MassHire Lowell Career Center in a positive and professional manner
