As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing process for our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.\u003c/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eKey Responsibilities:\u003c/h2\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eServe as the first point of contact for potential residents\u003c/b\u003e, welcoming them, answering their questions, and verifying their eligibility based on property requirements.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eMaintain open communication\u003c/b\u003e with residents, address their concerns, and ensure resident satisfaction in a professional manner.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eMonitor community daily\u003c/b\u003e to ensure all areas are up to par, including tours paths, models, amenities, parking lot, common areas, etc.\u003c/li\003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eAssist in preparing notices to vacate, renewal requests, service requests, applications, move-ins, and move-outs.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eEnsure all community goals are being met\u003c/b\u003e including but not limited to rentals, renewals, occupancy levels, and turn times.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eStay informed about the local real estate market, analyze competitor pricing,\u003c/b\u003e which includes completing a monthly market survey, and recommend rental rates.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eComplete marketing requirements as dictated by company policy and notify supervisors of any upcoming marketing opportunities in your region.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eAssist in the planning and execution of resident events and activities.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eMaintain accurate and up-to-date resident and vendor files.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eEnsure that your community is adhering to city, state, and federal Fair Housing laws, and relevant city and state laws regarding resident screening, resident relations, general community operations, and marketing standards.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eFollow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eMaintain a professional demeanor and always represent the company in a positive manner.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eRequirements:\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eA minimum of two years of sales experience highly preferred.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eA minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing preferred.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eExperience with property management software preferred (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Yieldstar, LEO, and CRM).\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eStrong sales and customer service skills.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eStrong desire to lead in your role and the local community.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eStrong written and oral communication skills.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e\u003cb\u003eLight travel between properties may be required.\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eSalary & Benefits:\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e9 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and 30% Employee Housing Discount.
