Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Excellence Specialist to join our Manufacturing Optimization team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address operational challenges
  • Design and implement metrics and tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
  • Provide training and support to production associates on new processes and procedures
  • Analyze process or system failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or manufacturing discipline or five years of related professional experience
  • Strong communication and visualization skills
  • Ability to create and execute strategic direction
  • Experience as a project lead for major model changes or new model launches
  • Technical problem-solving ability
