  • Engage with every Customer by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and share knowledge of products and trends that align with Customer preferences.
  • Stay informed about all product details, as well as current and upcoming trends.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in retail.
  • Confident and comfortable in engaging Customers to provide an elevated shopping experience.
  • Driven to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm for interacting with Customers and athletic merchandise.
  • Proactively complete tasks or activities with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $11.33
