About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining a safe and organized workspace
  • Lifting up to 65 pounds frequently
  • Operating motorized material handling equipment
  • Performing housekeeping audits on a regular basis
  • Meeting daily productivity goals and working efficiently in a team environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of prior picking/warehouse experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
