IT Solution Strategist

We are seeking an IT Solution Strategist to join our team in Dearborn, MI. This is a remote position with occasional travel required.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering comprehensive technology solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to create a cohesive system that supports the growth and evolution of Carhartt.

As an IT Solution Strategist, your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into specific technology solutions. You will also create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas, and collaborate with IT delivery teams and leadership to understand technical debt and areas of opportunity.

This position requires a strong understanding of various technologies, including CRM and integration platforms. You must have a proven project management skillset, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Prior leadership experience within an IT environment is preferred, as well as experience in retail or wholesale apparel.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year.
