Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Case Farms. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, as well as supporting building services.

Responsibilities:

* Perform tasks of high complexity on electrical, electronics, and PLC-controlled equipment
* Conduct basic troubleshooting, repairs, and minor fabrications as needed
* Read and understand instructions for electronic, electrical, mechanical tasks
* Work well with all departments and be able to work various shifts and overtime as needed
* Process knowledge preferred, but OJT provided for candidates with the right qualifications

Requirements:

* Minimum 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read and write legibly
* Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
* Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character
* Basic math functions and skills

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to work full shift in a stationary position or travel on wet, moist, dry, greasy floors
* Ability to work from various types of ladders and/or stairs
* Exposure to and work in temperatures of less than -40 degrees and 75 degrees with ambient humidity
* Noise exposure of 110 db, and varying light intensity
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
* Ability to work with electronics and PLC's
