Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Provide patient care in an intimate outpatient setting
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Work collaboratively with a team to support and rely on each other in a positive environment
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) may be advantageous
