We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to those who require extended hospital care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and empathetic RN to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their recovery journey.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid State RN License
  • BLS certification at hire
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
