Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers. As an Occupational Health RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate and support performance improvement, inclusive of all stakeholders, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and hold basic computer skills.
