Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
- Current National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
