Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Coordinator:
  • Oversee the reception area consistently during your scheduled shifts while performing various administrative tasks.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from residents' family members, relaying pertinent information to the Executive Director or Business Office Director as necessary.
  • Handle emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Organize and distribute incoming correspondence to the appropriate recipients.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions, annual training, in-services, and team meetings as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Office Director.
Qualifications for Joining Our Team:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in front of groups of clients or team members.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exhibit patience, tact, a cheerful demeanor, and enthusiasm, while engaging with residents at their respective maturity levels.
  • Comply with state or provincial health-related requirements.
