Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Halifax, PA. As a Physical Therapist at Upstream Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients with a variety of conditions. You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
