CIEDA is seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance and Construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of our properties and projects.

• Property Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties and projects are in good condition.
• Repair and Construction: Assist with minor repair work on buildings, equipment, fixtures, and grounds, as well as construct and repair structures and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Maintenance and Construction team to complete tasks and projects.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety requirements and wear personal protective equipment as recommended.
