Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $45,000, based on your location and level of experience. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a free Black Card membership after 90 days, plus access to medical options, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) with company contribution, paid vacation time, and more.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products and services, and enhance member engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
