Your Impact

As a Graphic Designer - Elle, you will join our art department to help concept and design print pages and digital packages. You will collaborate with our text and visual editors to see stories through from concept to production. Our art department is the premier source for every aspect of the creative direction for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept and design pages for the front-of-the-book
  • Concept and design digital stories for.com, social, video, and newsletters
  • Help maintain the Elle US brand across all touch points, internal presentations, and design style guides
  • Collaborate with the editors and photo departments to select and place art across print and digital stories and content
  • Ship pages according to the magazine's monthly schedule

Requirements

  • A graphic designer with 2-3 years of experience at a magazine, studio, agency, or brand
  • Someone with a strong interest in typography, fashion, photography, culture, and design
  • A skilled multitasker who can see projects through under tight deadlines
  • Strong facility with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Adobe After Effects is a plus

Compensation

The base salary for this role is between $67,000 and $68,675. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
