Primary Role – Responsible for the efficient transfer of luggage to and from shuttle buses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the movement of luggage as passengers arrive and depart.
  • Guide travelers along the designated pathways to the terminal or shuttle buses.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and quality protocols established by SP+ Transportation and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Provide assistance to customers within the facility as directed by management.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, either independently or with managerial support.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while performing baggage handling duties.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or facility management.

Work Environment: The characteristics of the work environment include:

  • Moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Exposure to vehicle emissions ranging from moderate to high.

Physical Demands: The physical requirements for this position include:

Regular use of hands and fingers for communication with customers and colleagues. Frequent sitting, reaching, standing, and walking. Regular climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds consistently. Quick movement is often necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
