Job Overview

Heritage Industrial Services, Inc. is experiencing significant growth and is seeking skilled individuals with expertise in Rigging, Machinery Relocation, and Industrial Deconstruction.

While prior experience is advantageous, we are willing to train the right individual.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Proficient understanding of rigging equipment, including their capabilities and limitations, for all lifting tasks ranging from standard to intricate, along with the ability to evaluate and apply suitable rigging methods.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as wire rope, nylon slings, chain hoists, shackles, skates, and various hand tools.
  • Experience in crane operations, including signaling responsibilities.
  • Ability to climb ladders, reach overhead, bend, pull wrenches, and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work at elevated heights and in confined spaces.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery, including forklifts and aerial lifts.
  • Responsible for dismantling and properly storing rigging equipment post-use.
  • Basic operational knowledge of equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and mobile platform lifts.
  • Capacity to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.

A valid driver's license is mandatory; Class A CDL is a plus.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $28/hr to $35/hr, depending on experience.
