Nocturnist Physician

We are seeking a skilled Nocturnist Physician to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, NJ. As a nocturnist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the night shift, working closely with our hospitalists and IM residents to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care during the night shift, including admissions, evaluations, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with hospitalists and IM residents to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication
• Respond to RRT/Codes and other critical situations as needed
• Work a 7 on/7 off schedule to ensure consistent coverage and minimize fatigue
