Opportunity Overview

Southwest Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in southern California, is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiologists to join their team. As a Diagnostic Radiologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a collegial environment, providing diagnostic and interventional radiology services to three acute care facilities in the Temecula Valley area.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret a wide variety of imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, MR, and US
  • Provide patient consultation, procedure oversight, and safety and compliance
  • Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for subspecialties and professional growth
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including:

  • Onsite full-time positions with a base salary of $700,000 per year for 14,000 wRVUs, with additional incentives for 14-16,000 and >16,000 wRVUs
  • Teleradiology positions with a base salary of $425,000 per year for 12,000 wRVUs, with additional incentives for 12-15,000 and >15,000 wRVUs
  • Per diem positions with a rate of $575 per hour
  • Employed benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), 12 weeks PTO, CME reimbursement, license reimbursement, and paid malpractice insurance
