Senior Baker

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in the production department. This role is responsible for producing quality breads, pastries, mixes, and doughs while adhering to strict safety protocols and company standards.

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

This role involves:

• Producing quality baked goods according to company recipes and standards;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations;
• Assisting in the preparation of ingredients, equipment, and packaging materials;
• Working cooperatively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines;

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery or related industry;
• Demonstrated knowledge of baking techniques and principles;
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems quickly;
