Your Role
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be instrumental in upholding cleanliness and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations within our production facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all production machinery and equipment, including conveyor belts, filters, fryers, and more.
  • Adhering to established cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Working in a fast-paced setting that may involve cold and wet conditions.

Work Environment
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work various shifts, including extended hours and weekends as necessary. The working temperature in the processing area can be as low as 40 degrees.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:

  • Regularly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas.
  • Following verbal and written instructions with precision.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

Physical Requirements
This role involves standing, walking, and lifting. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently. Exposure to wet and humid conditions is common.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in food plant sanitation (preferred but not required).
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to meeting attendance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
