We are seeking a seasoned DevRel engineer to join our team at Descope, a leading cloud-based identity and access management platform. If you have a passion for developer advocacy, community building, and technical communication, we'd love to hear from you
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness of Descope services in the developer community, guiding customers and prospects through the implementation process, and interacting with the community to understand and resolve challenges encountered in the integration journey.
You will work closely with product management and marketing teams to launch new services, features, and enhancements effectively through the developer community. Additionally, you will design and develop remote and in-person training sessions and events for new and existing developers, create demos, guides, and other videos to use for events and web marketing, and manage and constantly improve developer communications channels.
To succeed in this role, you will need extraordinary interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a strong understanding of authentication/authorization domains. You will also need experience working with engineering teams, software development, and community programs in Developer Relations or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness of Descope services in the developer community
