Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments, and education to patients with observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.
Plan, develop, and implement a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient, including clear, measurable goals. Modify the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.
Communicate regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members, and others involved with the patient's care.
Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
