Job Title: Behavior Therapist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Verbal Beginnings. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

**Responsibilities**

* Implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills
* Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary
* Collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure effective treatment

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Experience working with children
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
