Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering patient care through a systematic nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Providing guidance and support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and customer-focused environment.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and ancillary staff to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for youth, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, along with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Current Health Care Provider BCLS Certification from an accredited program.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond swiftly in emergency situations.
- Security clearance as required by the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.
