Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, designing and prescribing personalized treatment plans, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-level services to clients, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals and needs.
  • Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products.
  • Achieve sales goals and promote membership and referral programs.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, including therapy rooms and common areas.
Requirements:
  • Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
  • Must carry liability insurance.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
