EPL Cashier

Job Summary:

The EPL Cashier is a key member of our team at WKS Restaurant Group, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system, process transactions, and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, make change, and balance transactions.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
