  3. Infrastructure Verification: Conduct thorough checks to confirm that all installations meet design specifications. Address any discrepancies by finalizing redlines for project closeout.
  4. Fiber and Copper Scope Management: Utilize internal trackers to manage redlines for both fiber and copper installations, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  5. Network Configuration: Assist in configuring network details as necessary, collaborating with the team to implement any required changes.
  6. Audit Testing: Oversee the audit process post-project completion, ensuring that all testing aligns with project specifications. Manage retests and finalize audit documentation.
  7. Lessons Learned Documentation: Actively contribute to the lessons learned tracker throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating a review process at project completion.
  8. Warranty Management: Gather necessary documentation for warranty processing towards the end of the project.
  9. Product Submittals: Complete initial product submittals following the issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP), ensuring accuracy in the Bill of Materials (BOM) and product specifications.
  10. Label Production: Assist in the preparation of labels for installation teams, ensuring organization and efficiency during the build process.
  11. RFI Oversight: Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that all submissions are accurate and collaborative.
  12. Design Oversight: Supervise design-related tasks, including verification of shop drawings and revisions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in commercial low-voltage or structured cabling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
