We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RV Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Robert Crist and Company RV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for procuring parts from our inventory or ordering them from suppliers to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and specify parts accordingly
  • Create purchase orders and manage inventory levels
  • Work with multiple RV sources to procure parts
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $17 - $25 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, and paid holidays. A $2,500 signing bonus is also available after 6 months of continuous employment.
