We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations and maximum productivity.

This hands-on role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Conduct routine maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components using hand and power tools.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and address equipment and facility issues.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

We require a High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and facilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, as well as knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Able to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K with employer match up to 4%, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, and Bonus.'
