About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Traffic Control Attendant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of traffic within the parking facility, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure optimal traffic management
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by reporting any hazards or concerns to management
  • Monitor and control traffic flow at entrances and exits
Requirements
  • Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
