Your Role
We are currently seeking a Facilities Equipment Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities. In this role, you will take pride in optimizing plant equipment performance while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor control system metrics and respond proactively to any anomalies.
2. Lead teams in addressing unexpected downtime and implement permanent corrective actions utilizing Lean methodologies.
3. Assist in the rapid identification and repair of critical systems, including electrical distribution, chilled water systems, and building automation.
4. Develop and execute strategies for improving equipment efficiency, reliability, and performance metrics.
5. Oversee the planning and execution of equipment modifications and installations.
6. Act as a liaison among various stakeholders during construction projects to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing operations.
7. Document and present project plans and daily activities to maintain transparency and alignment.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience in industrial facilities maintenance.
2. Familiarity with maintenance protocols for semiconductor plant systems, including water treatment and HVAC systems.
3. Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities while delivering results.
4. Physical capability to handle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
5. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft applications.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience managing multiple projects and applying structured problem-solving techniques.
2. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency as per ITAR regulations.
